I would like to have you convert my Armalite mid length to the M9Evo with your low profile compression-style gas block picture in one of your earlier posts. I would like to cover the M9Evo including the gas block under DD tactical rail, Is this doable? If so, I would ship upper with DD tactical rail to you. What would this cost? What would the turn around time be?

Yes. $395 + $15 S&H. 8-10 weeks after Bike Week. Which DDHG?
Thx!

Either one of Daniel Defense's 10" rails is fine, so long as I can remove them with out having to remove the gas block to access the M9Evo. Also, the gas block can be pined or compression type just needs to fit under DD rail. What ever you think would work best is fine. Please advise what DD rail and gas block is best suited to this end, thanks.

Hey, if you are going to be in the Daytona Beach area for Bike Week I would like to me you in person, and I could pay you cash and send the upper back with you, if that would work for you. If this works let me know and I'll send you my contact information via your personal email, thanks

Received your e-mail. I e-mailed you but it bounced:

"My brother and I stay in Port Orange, so it won't be such a drive. I'll be in camp this Friday at 1 p.m. I'll be there through Sunday 3/09 (except for when I'm out funnin' around, or at the track/races, or at the Deland J.Wood auction). This is my 1st vacation of the year (the other, Biketoberfest). Jay from Daytona will be there sometime too. He's the guy that owns the Stag LH M9Evo on my home page. I'll have my M9EvoM4. 2 of my sons will be blowing in with buds on their bikes too. Then there's Ron from Michigan, another V4 Honda Magna freak."

Sounds like a good time. See you in Daytona!
Thx!

Trailer's loaded. My bike is prepped. I'm packed. Ahhhh...I'm ready for a RIDE in the morning. Supposed to be in the low 40's to start out. I hope it warms up a little bit by 11 a.m.!

I just got home from the fire station this morning and saw your message, sound’s good. Give me a call when you get in town and I'll meet up with you or you're welcome to stop in at me place. I will be off duty today and tomorrow.

Nice meeting you and your lovely wife.
If you are a member of ARF, let'em know a fix is on the way for the Ares system!
Thx!

HERE ya go:

These are 2 that I pulled and rejected for my Evo, alhough there's plenty of height there to fix the ARES problem. I'll machine you the other piece that enters these gas blocks from SS.
Thx!

If there are failures, I will at least continue on that premise alone.

Hi Kurt, I sent that Armalite mid-length with you after bike week with out hand guards. I was going to put a rail on it after the M9Evo conversion, but now I, m thinking I'd be better off with M4 mid-length hand guards. If you have any M4 mid-lengths that will work with the M9Evo conversion, please send them with my upper. Let me know if there is any added cost and I'll made payment.

Thanks in advance, Charles.

M4 mid length hand guard link. They also make them for 20" barrels, if ever you go 20" M9Evo.
A link for the M4 mid length HG.

This is VERY cool! I've thought about this for a long time, simce my Evo's inception. Even though Shaun and I are at odds, this is good news.
Thx!

Will you set up my Armalite mid length M9Evo conversion with this M4 mid length hand guard? If so, let me know if there is any additional cost. Also, any word on when it might be completed.
Thanks, Charles.

I'll order a set and let you know. This will be a good opportunity to try them. 2-3 weeks. I want to ship 5 Evo uppers, a 6.8, a 5.45, and the rest 5.56. See'em?

That soon-to-be threaded muzzle one is a Colt LW w/.625" gas block.
Thx!

HG's ordered!

Thanks Bro. I looked for my baby, but she wasn't in the picture, DAMN IT MAN!!!!! She is the Armalite lightweight with old flute marks from when I had you turn it from heavy flute to lightweight. I hope the M4 mid length HG works out.

Thanks again, Charles.

'She' is there, just not in the pic. There's 22LR barrels, a 308 M9Evo, 5.45 barrel, a 45ACP upper...
If the M/LM4HG's are as advertised, my M9Evo system behind the gas block will work with it just like the one at the top of this page.
Thx!
