This little beauty started life a 600 carbine in .308 Win. I rebarreled this one with a 25 caliber slender 14" Douglas barrel. The stock is a KKF, whittled from a laminated block of Remington factory laminated birch, removing anything that didn't look like the Remington Custom Shop's XPR stocks. Finish is matte Teflon, caliber is 250 Savage, and its blind magazine holds 4 cartridges under the bolt. The customer, a dentist, seldom NEEDS more than 1 shot, however. The hand rifle easily shoots 3/4 MOA, and has taken 15+ head of deer.
