Pitbull 'Detective' Hybrid
A KKF assembledge of parts. AA Pitbull slide, RRA Officers barrel, Detonics Detective frame. KKF Kustom SS guide rod and SS recoil spring plug. Thick SS barrel bushing that will be dehorned. Custom cut-down Gov't grips for this special frame, which utilizes a standard 1911 Gov't mainspring housing and short hammer strut. The shortened grip safety is deactivated by it's shortening, and will be pinned. Kustom hammer to suit. Triple K Detonics 6-shot SS mags. This gun has a shorter butt than an Officer model, making it super compact, and will be my new companion. A nice refinish is next.
